SHIPPING POLICY

1. We offer shipping on all parts and accessories. Bikes cannot be shipped.

2.  Local Delivery Service may be available on case-by-case sales. Please contact Giantormond@gmail.com for more information. 

3. Click and Collect (local pick-up) is available at our store location. For all in-stock items one of our store team members will contact you via sms or designated contact number to notify you when your order is picked ready for collection. Please note that at times some of our stock is stored outside of our stores and for these items a delay in having these orders ready for collection maybe experienced. You agree to collect the products at the authorised Giant retailer within 7 business days of you receiving an email explaining that your goods are ready for pick-up. If you are unable to do so, you will contact the authorised Giant to organise an alternative pick-up day. At the time of pick-up, you agree to present to the authorised Giant retailer, the original “Order Confirmation” email, a government issued identification card (such a valid driver’s license or passport) and the credit card used for the transaction. Please note that all bikes need to be assembled and checked for safety standards and that this will take a longer time than a small in-stock item that is easily picked and does not require assembly. At the time of order collection, you must bring your order confirmation email, valid photo ID (drivers licence or passport and your credit card used at the time of processing the transaction. Giant reserves the right to cancel a Click and Collect order at any time. 

4. We currently do not offer international shipping. 

5. We reserve the right to ship orders using our choice of carrier, depending on selected pick-up of goods.

6. Any shipping times shown on this Website or by email are estimates only, and actual delivery dates may & can vary.

7. All orders are shipped via ground services. Delivery Time: 3–7 business days (may take longer for regional areas)

Small Item: $15.00

Medium Item: $20.00

Large Item: $25.00

Frame+Fork: $80.00

 

9. During sale periods and peak periods, dispatch of orders and delivery time may be delayed. We aim to process all orders in a timely manner, but we ask for your patience in order processing.
