Leon Nardella
Owner
With 35 years as a bike shop owner, Leon brings a lifetime of experience and passion to the cycling industry. He has dedicated his career to supporting riders of all levels - from road and mountain cyclists to triathletes and e-bike commuters.
Known for expert craftsmanship, honest advice, and personal service, Leon has built more than just bikes - he’s built lasting relationships within the cycling community. For him, cycling isn’t just a business; it’s a lifelong commitment to performance, health, and helping others enjoy every kilometre.
Cam Wright
Manager
Cam brings more than 20 years of industry experience, with a strong focus on quality workmanship and practical, reliable service.
Between 2012 and 2016, he worked as the Elite Team Mechanic for Triathlon Australia, supporting athletes at major international events, including the 2014 Commonwealth Games and the 2016 Summer Olympics. These experiences reflect not only his technical skill, but also his ability to stay calm, organised, and solutions-focused in high-pressure environments.
Max Smith
Sales
Max has 10 years of sales experience in bike shops in different parts of Australia, helping riders of all levels find the perfect gear for their needs.
With a strong understanding of bikes, components, and accessories, he takes the time to listen, ask the right questions, and match customers with products that fit their goals and budget.
Friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about cycling, Max is committed to delivering a positive, no-pressure experience that keeps customers coming back.
Chris Greengrow
Mechanic
Chris discovered cycling at 13, progressing from BMX into MTB and, after moving to Melbourne in 2018, taking up road riding to commute.
In 2021 he joined Giant Ormond and quickly became an essential member of the team, driven by a renewed focus on work–life balance.
His passion for two wheels has only grown, having ridden many Giant models over the past five years, including the Reign, Trance X, Trance, Defy, TCR and the new STP dirt jump bike.
